Our clients receive individual attention from someone who is well versed in both underwriting and claims handling. We will be happy to discuss with you and your insurance broker the unique exposures facing your company. As part of this service we look at ways to minimise your exposure. This includes, but is not limited to, the review of contracts and if necessary, the recommendation of certain trading conditions and provision of loss prevention advice. Our team prides itself on clearly understanding the risks it underwrites and providing a continuing service in order to adapt coverage when there are changing circumstances or needs.

Claims Handling

In the unfortunate event of a claim being made against you, or if an incident occurs which has claim potential, you will be able to contact our claims department which is staffed by people who understand your business. As claims can be made anywhere in the world, it is vital that our claims resources extend beyond our team. We therefore have arrangements in place which allow us to call upon claims specialists, Lloyd’s agents, lawyers and claims correspondents from around the globe, who have unique local knowledge. By co-ordinating our resources, we can ensure that your claim is dealt with in a manner which is prompt, efficient and most importantly, not to the detriment of your commercial relationships. Where appropriate, we are happy to use our client’s preferred legal representative.
